Day 1: September 10: Fly to Venice.

We depart our home and travel to Venice.

Day 2: September 11: Verona

After we arrive into Venice we will drive to Verona, home of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. This is one of the most picturesque old cities in Europe. After a tour of the old town, you will have time to explore and have lunch at one of the many sidewalk cafes. This evening we will head to Padova to overnight at your deluxe hotel.

Day 3: September 12: Venice – Board your Royal Caribbean Ship

For those who purchased our optional shore excursion today we will spend the morning touring and exploring Venice. After our tour you will have time to walk the many old streets and bridges found in Venice. You will also have time to enjoy a gondola boat ride and eat in one of the many quaint sidewalk cafés. Mid-afternoon we will head to our ship to check in. (Anyone who does not purchase the shore excursion package will be dropped off at the Venice Airport where they will be transferred through the cruise line to the ship before the group starts there tour.)

Day 4: September 13: Dubrovnik, Croatia

Today will be a highlight day as you will be able to experience one of the best walled cities in Europe. For those who purchased our optional shore excursion package we will have a tour in and around Dubrovnik. Before we disembark you will at 11:30am, we will meet with our guest Educator: Dr. S. Michael Wilcox.

Day 5: September 14: Fun Day at Sea

Today will be a free day to relax and enjoy your day at sea. We will also be meeting with Dr. S. Michael Wilcox twice today preparing us for Ephesus tomorrow.

Day 6: September 15: Ephesus Turkey

The ship is parked in Kusadasi, a fair distance to Ephesus. For those who purchased our optional shore excursion package will visit Ephesus and the surrounding area.

Day 7: September 16: Santorini Greece

Not all islands are created equal. Santorini is a 10 on a scale of one to 10 and is the most beautiful of the Greek Islands. For those who purchased our optional shore excursion package will have a tour of this beautiful island. We will return later in the afternoon to meet again with Michael.

Day 8: September 17: Katakolon Greece

We will again offer our own optional shore excursion for the surrounding area.

Day 9: September 18: Fun Day at Sea

Today will be another day to relax on the ship and time to enjoy our guest educator: Dr. S Michael Wilcox.
